I am a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in sports nutrition and eating disorders, based in Cape Town, South Africa. My passion for health and fitness extends beyond my professional expertise, as I actively engage in various forms of exercise, including triathlons and rock climbing. I take great pride in connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and empowering them to make meaningful, lasting changes to their health and overall well-being.

With a strong focus on sports nutrition, I have successfully guided numerous athletes in achieving their performance and event goals. In addition to working with athletes, I provide tailored support for individuals facing challenges such as weight management, food allergies, eating disorders, and other nutritional concerns. My mission is to deliver personalized, evidence-based guidance to help my clients reach their full potential and live healthier lives.

I am a registered dietitian and exercise enthusiast, with a passion for the outdoors, reading, and music. I especially enjoy running and hiking. Firmly rooted in evidence-based nutrition, I tailor my approach to meet individual needs and goals, ensuring every dietary plan is as unique as the person it’s designed for. I am skilled in assisting with weight loss, eating disorders, food allergies, chronic lifestyle illnesses and other nutritional needs. I also enjoy interacting with diverse individuals and advocating for a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
