My name is Anthony Timoteus, and I am a middle- to long-distance runner, competing in events from 1500m on the track to half marathons on the road. My ultimate goal is to step up to the marathon and, eventually, ultra-marathon running. For over 20 years, I’ve lived by the belief that hard work pays the bills. That belief carried me through countless races and challenges, but I’ve come to realize that hard work alone isn’t enough. Recently, I made one of the best decisions of my career working with Hanli as my personal dietitian. With her guidance and a well-structured nutrition and training plan, I improved my half marathon time from 1:04:35 to 1:03:05 in a very short space of time.
