Turbo Gel combines glucose and fructose sources in a 1:0.8 ratio. It is part of the Amacx Turbo Line, developed for prolonged and high-intensity exercise and designed to work alongside the other products in the range.
Consume before or during exercise. Amacx recommends 1–2 gels per hour, adjusted to your individual carbohydrate requirements and the other nutrition you use during your session.
Amacx Turbo Line products share the same 1:0.8 carbohydrate ratio and provide options containing 40, 60 or 80 g of carbohydrate. This makes it possible to combine products to suit a fuelling plan.
