This service is available for all those residing outside of Cape Town/ Bellville or not able to come in for a physical consult at my practice. Receive your one-on-one consult and meal plan service online via Skype or Facetime. Please contact me for more details.
If you don’t have the time to come to my practice in Bellville but still want to see me face-to-face then let me come to you. This is a good opportunity as I can give advice on everyday food items that you buy or snacks you like to nibble on.
