SERVING SUGGESTION

Mix 1g of the Recovery Protein per kg of your lean body mass with water.

Drink directly after exercise.

1 scoop = +- 25g. Mix with 75ml of water.

Example: If you weigh 75kg, mix 3 scoops with 225ml of water.

Some of the specialized ingredients inside the Recovery Protein are very hygroscopic (water absorbing),

which may cause clamping and discoloration of the product. To prevent this from happening;

after use squeeze air out of the bag, seal and make sure the seal is secure.
