SERVING SUGGESTION

Mix 1x level scoop (40g) into 500ml of water and drink before and during training or strenuous physical activity. For optimum results, take one serving per hour for the duration of the extended exercise training session or strenuous sports event.

Some of the specialized ingredients inside the Elite Sports Drink are very hygroscopic (water absorbing), which may cause clamping and discoloration of the product. To prevent this from happening; after use squeeze air out of the bag, seal and make sure the seal is secure. Store in a cool (below 25C) dry place. Please use within two months of opening. After which, the product is still safe to consume, however, the colour and flavour might be affected.
