How to take your measurements:


Track your body composition during this exciting journey to “The New You “. It is crucial to measure your progress in order to update your health profile and receive your modified meal plans.


• Measurements must be taken before you begin your diet program and one week after following your diet program.
• Measurements must be taken in the morning before you eat or drink at 6:00 or 7:00 AM.
Always stand upright in a relaxed position, not pulling in your stomach.


How to measure your waist:
Place the tape measure around the smallest part of your waist. The measuring tape must rest firmly on the skin – don’t pull tightly.
Step1 – Use a measuring tape, to take your waist measurement
Step2 – Use your navel as a marker – measure about 2-3cm above the navel.
Step3 – Measure your waist not pulling the measuring tape tightly.
Step4 – Write down the measurement

How to measure your hips:
Place tape measure around the widest part of your hips over your buttocks, over the widest part.
Step1 – Use a measuring tape, to measure your hip.
Step2 – Measure 10-15 cm down from your navel, and make a mark
Step3 – Measure around your hip at that marked point
Step4 – Write down the measurement
